Common challenges

01

You know AI has huge potential. You just don't know where to start.

02

Growth shouldn't always mean hiring more people.

03

Your team spends too much time finding information instead of using it.

04

Important decisions require jumping between multiple systems.

05

Operational overhead matches, or even outpaces, your growth.

Does this sound familiar?

Case study · Nearly New Cashmere

A growing business meant a growing inbox.

We connected Shopify, Klaviyo, Smile.io and Loox into a single source of truth, then built AI agents on top to handle customer emails.

Before
After
Customer email arrives
Open Shopify (ecomm platform)
Open Klaviyo (marketing platform)
Open Smile.io (loyalty programme)
Open Loox (returns platform)
Piece together context

Customer service became faster without losing quality.

~2 min
to review a draft email, instead of 15 minutes to craft it
1
source of truth, instead of 4 separate systems
Review
the team's job now, instead of searching for information

The same approach can be applied to sales, marketing, finance and any workflow where your team spends more time searching for information than using it.

ABOUT
Immy, founder of Payton Labs

Hi, I'm Immy.

There are plenty of people who can build AI. There are plenty of people who can advise on AI. Very few have spent their career doing both.

I've spent the last decade building products, data capabilities and AI tools inside high-growth technology companies, while also helping grow my family's ecommerce business from £200k to £4m. That means I understand both the technology and the realities of running a growing business.

I don't believe AI should exist to replace people or chase efficiency for its own sake. I believe it should help businesses grow by creating better customer experiences, better decisions and new opportunities for revenue.

Let's talk

Let's explore where AI could make a real difference.

Tell me what's working. Tell me what's frustrating you. Tell me where you think AI could help.

If I think there's something worth building, I'll tell you. If I don't, I'll tell you that too.
